Refund Policy
If the damage or malfunction is entirely caused by the company, or if the ordered product does not match the delivered product, we will replace the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons attributable to the customer.
However, if the same product is out of stock, the refund will be processed according to the following procedures:
Notify our customer service center of the damage within 7 days from the date of delivery and provide a detailed and reasonable explanation.
Return the damaged item to the designated original shipping location or handle it in accordance with the instructions of our customer service center staff. Any return request made by the customer must first be approved by our staff and can only be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
When returning the damaged product, please enclose the enclosed packing slip and return form.

Warranty and Repair:
Due to the repair policies of U.S. manufacturers, we do not accept any repair cases.
Even if the product includes a warranty certificate, it is invalid overseas, and the warranty is not applicable to your local manufacturer. Only some products are accompanied by a global warranty card. In such cases, please contact the service contact in your country/region.

Note: If the product is damaged or defective due to factory negligence upon arrival, you will be covered by our return guarantee. In this case, please refer to the 30-day refund guarantee for unopened and unused items for more details.
Return Warranty:
All products we sell are sold in the United States. Therefore, unless there is a global warranty, the warranty is a "return warranty".
"Return warranty" means sending the faulty product to the manufacturer for replacement.
When using the "return warranty", the buyer must pay the shipping costs for sending the product to and from the United States. The warranty process usually takes two to three months.
