Customers select the desired miniature model products on our website and submit the order. We will review and confirm the order within 3 business days upon receipt. If the order information is incomplete or unclear, we will contact the customer via the provided contact details.
2. Payment Methods
Multiple internationally accepted payment methods, such as credit cards and PayPal, are supported. Customers must complete payment within 3 hours after order confirmation; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Order Processing
After receiving the customer’s payment, we will process the order, including stock preparation and packaging, within 7 business days.
4. Shipping Notification
Once the order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to the customer through the platform, including the tracking number and inquiry link for convenient order status tracking.
II. Product Quality
1. Quality Standards
Our miniature model products are manufactured and inspected according to strict quality criteria, ensuring that product quality and craftsmanship reach industry-leading levels.
2. Quality Dispute Resolution
If customers dispute product quality, we will request relevant photo or video evidence. We will verify the evidence within 10 business days upon receipt and provide a clear resolution.
III. Logistics and Delivery

We collaborate with multiple renowned international logistics companies to offer reliable services. The specific logistics method will be determined based on the customer’s location, order weight, and other relevant factors.
2. Delivery Time
International shipping times are subject to various factors, such as customs policies of the destination country and logistics peak seasons. Generally, estimated delivery takes 3–20 business days, but this is only an approximate timeframe and does not guarantee an exact arrival date.
3. Shipping Damage
In case of product damage during transit, customers should contact us within 3 business days of receipt and provide relevant photo or video evidence. We will negotiate with the logistics company based on the situation and offer corresponding compensation or replacement services.
IV. After-sales Service

2. Return and Exchange Policy
Except for quality issues, if customers request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt due to personal reasons, they must cover the round-trip shipping costs, and the products must remain in new, unused condition.

2. Dispute Settlement
In case of disputes arising from the implementation of these terms, both parties should first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court.
